POSITION PURPOSE:
The Mental Health & Well-Being Coordinator is responsible for providing a phenomenal user journey while triaging all in-coming calls and solution inquiries and provides support to the related areas of VITAL WorkLife’s solutions, programs, managers, and staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and triage calls and inquiries accompanied by thorough and detailed record maintenance
- Assist clients in navigating their benefit plan to determine a solution choice
- Create authorizations using the nationwide network of consultants
- Communicate referral information and provide necessary paperwork to the consultants
- Provide professional communication to clients, organizations, and consultants using email, fax, and telephone
- Provide support and complete quarterly projects to achieve annual department goals in collaboration with peers and managers
- Use collaborative communication with supervisor and team
HOURS/SCHEDULE
Two full-time opportunities available with scheduling needs ranging from 8AM - 7PM CST. Hours can be discussed further in the interview process. Individual staff schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

Our office is based in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Hybrid work options are available.

Requirements:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in healthcare management, psychology, social work, communications, related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative or call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and troubleshoot industry-specific software
- Diplomacy, tact, discretion, and confidentiality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a healthcare or legal environment
