Summary of Duties: Provide support to the sales and distribution teams, which will include desk-based support, including sales and clients calls as well as support for client meetings, roadshow events and conference speaking engagements. Create and implement marketing and sales distribution strategies, as well as provide support assist in creating marketing collateral, designed to drive demand for the firm's offerings among targeted products. Respond to client product assessment requests by crafting robust, customized analyses and articulating relevant insights through software. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand and ultimately deliver product insights to clients across various strategies and asset classes. Research, develop and launch new investment products to meet client needs while working closely with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Meet with current and potential clients to discuss the investments and portfolio strategy.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study and 24 months of experience in the job offered, as an Associate, or a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months involving the following: performing custom analysis on investment portfolios, including risk and return attribution, holdings-based analysis, and returns-based style analysis; working with investment funds and strategies and data software; presenting investment solutions to clients and sales partners; simplifying complex topics related to investment funds to relay insights to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and clients; generating reports comparing investment funds for a given client objective; collecting, analyzing, and comparing data points and articulating insights; contributing to marketing collateral to drive deeper ETF usage and industry adoption; and collaborating with sales and product organizations to develop new ETFs and use cases for existing ETFs to meet client needs; and utilizing Morningstar Direct and Bloomberg to analyze portfolio risk and returns and evaluate funds.

For California only the salary range for this position is $150,000 – $190,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
