Overview
Pineapple Express is seeking a part-time Budtender / Delivery Driver hybrid position. The
Budtender / Delivery Driver team member is responsible for delivering a five-star customer
experience and creating loyalty through a memorable shopping experience and must be self-
driven, punctual, and reliable. This individual must be adaptable and team-oriented while
maintaining compliance through operational procedures, including state and federal regulations
and laws regarding cannabis. This position is also expected to meet our company’s sales goals
while delivering best-in-class service and reports to the Store Manager and Hospitality Leads.
The right candidate must have a clean driving record and practice operating a vehicle safely. A
driving history record will be required if you receive an offer for this position.
Expectations
● Meet or exceed store and company sales volume and KPI goals
● Drive repeat business through a five-star hospitality experience with every order in-store
and in the field
● Execute industry-leading customer engagement through strong sales techniques and
product knowledge
● Answer questions on purchasing limits and products while making personalized
recommendations
● Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
● Assists Hospitality Leads with cash management or other operational procedures as
needed
● Check in customers as needed
● Deliver cannabis goods to customers as needed
● Complete required documentation and reporting to maintain compliance with DCC
regulations and company policies
● Collect signatures, verify IDs, and collect payments from customers upon delivering
orders
● Manage orders through our POS Blaze
● Complete daily vehicle inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle inspections are up-to-
date and any repairs are communicated
● Perform assigned compliance, marketing, and operations tasks, including housekeeping
duties, maintaining a clean delivery vehicle, and contributing to a clean working
environment
Requirements
● Minimum 21 years of age
● Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience
● Must have a valid driver’s license
● Must have a clean driving record and no traffic violations
● Ability to operate a smartphone to process deliveries
● Valid driver’s license
● Must be able to pass a background check

Work conditions
This job operates in a professional retail store environment. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. While delivering, this position
will be on the road, frequently driving through Los Angeles. This position requires a flexible
schedule, long hours, nights, weekend work, and holiday availability.
Physical Demands
● Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and up to 30 lbs., as needed
● Ability to climb step stools and ladders
● Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time
