This position is responsible for sourcing potential candidates and making job offers. This position will work with the Human Resource Department and the Accounting Department to develop programs to support the development of Bell Incorporated employees. This role will source potential candidates for both SD and OH. This role provides all recruiting efforts and onboarding.As a Recruiter, you will hold new hire orientation weekly, work with new hires to ensure all paperwork is completed prior to start date. There will be off site hiring events to attend and set up.
