Job Description
- Responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents. Handle service calls, password assistance, hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, email/Outlook/Office 365 support, phone and internet issues, and other service requests.
- Enter service requests into the Department's ServiceNow ITSM Technician Portal. Collect end-user demographic information.
- Escalate designated ticket types to the appropriate resolution source.
- Provide remote system optimization for system maintenance. Address tickets received after business hours by 8:30 am the next business day.
- Identify repeat callers that may need additional training.
