Job Description

  • Responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents. Handle service calls, password assistance, hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, email/Outlook/Office 365 support, phone and internet issues, and other service requests.
  • Enter service requests into the Department's ServiceNow ITSM Technician Portal. Collect end-user demographic information.

  • Escalate designated ticket types to the appropriate resolution source.
  • Provide remote system optimization for system maintenance. Address tickets received after business hours by 8:30 am the next business day.
  • Identify repeat callers that may need additional training.

Certifications required for resources:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $13.24 - $35.00 per hour
